The Finnish Beach Volleyball Database (tietokanta.biitsi.fi) is a service where you can find all informatiom from all Finnish beach volleyball players, information about tournaments, registering-system to tournaments and official Finnish result-service.
Each team must register to tournaments via Database. After registeration team can see all the information needed from the site. Biitsi.fi (organisation responsible for BMW Beach Volley Pro Tour) validates tournament-ranking after registeration deadline and after confirmation, media and fans can see each tournaments teams and game schedule from Database.
Database is updated online during the tournaments, so it is the fastest way to beach volleyball fans to follow how the players are doing.
New rankinglist is published immediately after the tournaments.
Few players have also their own site in Nokia Mobile Web Server. There you can follow Finnish top beach volleyball players travelling in BMW Pro Tour and Swatch World Tour. This service is available only in Finland.
